Conversion and tracking

More visitors become payers, and you see where each one came from

We fix the path from install to payment and set up tracking you can actually trust

Services

What we do

  • Onboarding

We cut the steps between opening the app and seeing why it's worth paying for

  • Paywall and trial

Plans, prices and trial length tested against real revenue, not just trial starts

  • Event tracking

Installs, trials, payments and renewals tracked from the first tap and tied to the channel that brought them

  • One dashboard

Cost, revenue and payback for every channel in one place, updated every day

The funnel

Where users drop off, and what we fix

  1. Store visit

A page built around one clear benefit

  2. Install

A first screen that shows the value fast

  3. Onboarding

Fewer steps and only the questions that matter

  4. Trial start

    Paywall placement and plans, tested

  5. First payment

    Trial length and reminders, tuned

Bar widths show the usual shape of a funnel, not your numbers

Tools we set up and read every day

  • revenuecat
  • firebase
  • posthog
How it runs

From a leaky funnel to clear numbers

  1. Step 1

    Map the funnel

We follow a new user from the store page to the first payment and mark where people leave

  2. Step 2

    Set up tracking

Events for every key step, checked end to end before we trust them

  3. Step 3

    Fix onboarding

Fewer screens, clearer value and a faster path to the moment people get it

  4. Step 4

    Test the paywall

Plans, prices, trial length and placement, tested against revenue

  5. Step 5

    Watch payback

A daily view of revenue and cost for every channel, so each decision has a number behind it

What you get

  • A tracking plan, set up and checked
  • Onboarding and paywall changes
  • Test results on price and trial length
  • A daily dashboard of revenue by channel
FAQs

Common questions

  • Which tools do you use?

Usually RevenueCat for subscriptions, Firebase for app events and PostHog for funnels. If you already use others, we work with them

  • Will tracking slow the app down?

Set up well, these tools add very little. We keep the events lean and test every one before a release

  • Do you change our app's code?

We can make the changes ourselves or work with your developers, whichever you prefer
