Growth for apps that already work

We learned growth by doing it on our own apps first. Ranking in store search, testing screenshots, running ads and following every user from the first tap to payment
Now we do the same for founders whose apps have stopped growing. We pick the channel that actually grows the app, not the one we happen to sell. We fix the store page and tracking before spending real money. And we write down what worked, so you keep the playbook when we're done
- installs we have driven for our clients
- 500K+
- apps we have grown
- 21+
- MRR added in revenue
- $1M+
- CPI, as low as 5 cents per install
- $0.05
The people you'll work with

Gautam builds and grows our own apps, 14+ shipped with 100K+ users between them. Every channel we offer gets tested on those apps first, and Gautam runs the tracking and product work for clients

apps we have grown
Building an app is no longer the hard part. Getting it in front of the right users is. According to RevenueCat's 2026 State of Subscription Apps report, which covers more than 115,000 apps, only 4.6% of new apps reach $10K in monthly recurring revenue within two years. The gap between winners and everyone else keeps growing: the top 10% of apps grew 306% year over year, while the bottom quarter shrank by 33%. For most apps, distribution is the real problem to solve.
That's where Ari comes in. Ari is a Partner at Vyral Apps and the first person founders talk to when they reach out. He's spent the last seven years in the app ecosystem, working on both sides of the business: first helping build apps, now helping them grow.
As a Sales Executive at an app development agency, Ari worked with founders, executives, and every stakeholder involved in the buying decision. He scoped tech stacks and architecture, wrote scopes of work, and helped bring products to life, closing millions in app development deals. That work showed him how apps are built, what they cost, and where they tend to break.
Today he uses that experience to help app companies with proven products break into that top tier. He focuses on App Store Optimization, conversion optimization, localization, and paid growth strategy, with the goal of turning a proven app into a growing one.
Ari's approach is simple: listen first. He doesn't believe in hard sells. Before recommending anything, he works to understand each stakeholder's goals, constraints, and numbers. Clients who work with him get a partner who knows the technical side and the growth side, and who cares about their results.
Ari is fluent in English and Spanish.
Four things we always do
Audit first
We start with your data: store page, rankings, reviews, countries, tracking and revenue
Fix before we spend
Keywords, screenshots, languages and the path to payment get fixed before ad budget goes up
Test small, then scale
Every channel starts with a small budget. It grows only when it brings paying users at a healthy cost
Leave a playbook
We document what worked and why, so growth doesn't stop when we do
We work best with apps that already make money
Paying apps that stopped growing
- Real revenue and loyal users
- Growth that has gone flat
Every category, games included
- Games, fitness, education, music, health and more
- iPhone, Android or both
Not the right fit
- Apps that have not proven people will pay yet
- Teams that want cheap installs, not paying users
What changed for Appcompanist
Loyal paying users, but growth was mostly organic and had gone flat. Store pages were only in English, and the app ranked in the top 10 for just 14 searches on iPhone
Store visitors who download
- 13.7% to 19.1%
- store visitors who download
- 4x
- keywords in the top 10
- 1.7x
- Apple Ads payback in 7 weeks
Appcompanist had stopped growing. We rebuilt its store pages in five languages, and its top 10 keywords went from 14 to 54
1Before
Loyal paying users, but growth had gone flat. Store pages only in English and in the top 10 for just 14 searches on iPhone
2What we did
Keyword research and new store pages in five languages, screenshots built around the benefit, then Apple Ads tracked all the way to payment
3After
Store conversion went from 13.7% to 19.1%, top 10 keywords grew almost 4x on iPhone and Android, and Apple Ads paid back 1.7 times
